Rectal bleeding?
Hello, doctor! This morning, while having a bowel movement (I usually don't have issues with constipation), I noticed blood at the end of my stool, and there was also blood on the toilet paper when I wiped.
However, I don't feel any discomfort in my abdomen.
I would like to know what this could possibly be and if I need to go to the hospital for an examination.

This situation is likely indicative of a higher possibility of hemorrhoidal bleeding.
As long as there is no further bleeding, it should not be a concern.
It is recommended to avoid constipation during this period and to shorten the time spent on bowel movements.
Warm sitz baths may also help alleviate symptoms.
You can also purchase over-the-counter hemorrhoidal suppositories for use, and it is important to increase your intake of dietary fiber and fluids.
If bleeding persists, it is advisable to consult a physician for evaluation.
