Numbness of the tongue?
Hello Doctor: Recently, when I am about to fall asleep, I experience a tingling sensation at the back of my tongue (it feels somewhat like a mild tremor).
Sometimes, I also feel this sensation in my esophagus or chest.
This only occurs when I am sleeping; it does not happen during the day.
At that time, my heart rate seems to be quite low, around 57 beats per minute, and my blood pressure is not high.
