Hello Doctor, I understand that postprandial blood glucose is usually measured two hours after a meal.
However, sometimes I also check my blood glucose one hour after eating.
I've noticed that sometimes my blood glucose one hour after eating is higher than at two hours, and other times it’s the opposite, with the two-hour reading being higher than the one-hour reading.
