Excessive discharge with blood during intercourse?

I have been troubled by excessive discharge for a long time.
I have seen a doctor, but it started again shortly after.
Recently, when I squat and exert myself, it drips down.
The color is somewhat yellow-green, and it has a fishy odor.
Sometimes it is clear, colorless, and odorless.
During intercourse, the discharge is more abundant, milky white, and has a salty taste.
A few times, there was blood that was not bright red; it came out with the discharge and was a bit wine-red.
What is happening to me...
😱 I saw someone else's question where she mentioned feeling a small hole in a raised area during masturbation, and the doctor said that was abnormal.
So what does that mean? I hope the doctor can help me with my puzzling symptoms.
😊

Excessive discharge and the presence of blood during intercourse can be concerning symptoms that warrant a thorough evaluation by a healthcare professional. Based on the symptoms you've described, including the yellow-green discharge with a foul odor, increased discharge during intercourse, and the presence of blood, there are several potential underlying causes that could be contributing to your condition.

1. Infection: The yellow-green color and foul odor of the discharge suggest a possible infection, such as bacterial vaginosis or a sexually transmitted infection (STI) like gonorrhea or chlamydia. Bacterial vaginosis is characterized by an imbalance of normal vaginal flora, leading to an increase in certain bacteria. STIs can also cause abnormal discharge and may be accompanied by other symptoms such as pelvic pain, burning during urination, or unusual bleeding.

2. Cervical Issues: The presence of blood, especially if it is mixed with discharge, could indicate an issue with the cervix. Conditions such as cervicitis (inflammation of the cervix), cervical polyps, or even cervical cancer can lead to abnormal bleeding. It is essential to have a gynecological examination to assess the cervix and rule out any serious conditions.

3. Hormonal Changes: Hormonal fluctuations can also affect vaginal discharge. Conditions such as polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) or thyroid disorders can lead to changes in discharge and menstrual irregularities. If you have noticed other symptoms such as weight changes, hair growth, or irregular periods, it may be worth discussing these with your doctor.

4. Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (PID): PID is an infection of the female reproductive organs that can result from untreated STIs. Symptoms may include abnormal discharge, pelvic pain, fever, and bleeding between periods or after intercourse. PID can lead to serious complications if left untreated, including infertility.

5. Vaginal Atrophy: If you are experiencing changes in discharge and are of a certain age (especially post-menopausal), vaginal atrophy due to decreased estrogen levels could be a factor. This condition can lead to dryness, irritation, and increased susceptibility to infections.

Given the complexity of your symptoms, it is crucial to seek medical attention. A healthcare provider will likely perform a pelvic examination, take a detailed medical history, and may recommend tests such as a Pap smear, STI screening, or cultures of the discharge to identify any infections.
In the meantime, here are some general recommendations:
- Avoid Irritants: Steer clear of douches, scented soaps, and other products that can irritate the vaginal area.

- Practice Safe Sex: Use condoms to reduce the risk of STIs and to protect your partner.

- Maintain Hygiene: Keep the genital area clean and dry, and wear breathable cotton underwear.

In conclusion, while some changes in discharge can be normal, the combination of excessive discharge, changes in color and odor, and the presence of blood should not be ignored. Prompt evaluation by a healthcare professional is essential to determine the underlying cause and to receive appropriate treatment. Your health and well-being are paramount, and addressing these symptoms early can help prevent potential complications.
