Issues related to the foreskin and glans?

During my high school check-up, I was diagnosed with phimosis, but during my recent military physical examination, the doctor did not note any abnormalities.
What constitutes a phimosis abnormality? Additionally, I used to masturbate with my hand, but recently I tried using a masturbation cup and noticed that the rim of the glans becomes very sensitive when it comes into contact with the cup, which can lead to a sudden loss of strength (I always use lubricant).
What could be the reason for this, and how can I improve the situation?

Issues with the foreskin should be evaluated in person if there are concerns.
It is recommended to consult a urologist for examination and to discuss any other related issues.
It seems to vary from person to person and does not appear to be a specific problem.

Understanding foreskin and glans sensitivity issues is an important aspect of urology, particularly for individuals who may experience discomfort or unusual sensitivity during sexual activity or masturbation.
Firstly, let's address the concern regarding phimosis, which is the medical term for a condition where the foreskin cannot be easily retracted over the glans (the head of the penis). Phimosis can be classified into two types: physiological and pathological. Physiological phimosis is common in young boys and usually resolves naturally as they grow older. Pathological phimosis, on the other hand, occurs when the foreskin remains tight in adulthood and can lead to discomfort, pain, or difficulty during sexual activity. If your recent military examination did not indicate any abnormalities, it may suggest that your foreskin is functioning normally, but if you experience discomfort or difficulty retracting it, it may be worth consulting a urologist for further evaluation.

Regarding the sensitivity you experience when using a masturbation cup, it is not uncommon for individuals to have heightened sensitivity in the glans, especially when transitioning from manual stimulation to using a device. The glans is densely packed with nerve endings, making it particularly sensitive to touch and pressure. When you use a masturbation cup, the sensation can be more intense than manual stimulation, leading to a feeling of overwhelming sensitivity or even a loss of erection. This can happen for several reasons:
1. Increased Sensitivity: The change in stimulation method can heighten sensitivity. If you have been accustomed to manual stimulation, the different texture and pressure from the masturbation cup may feel more intense.

2. Psychological Factors: Sometimes, the anticipation or anxiety about using a new method of stimulation can lead to a heightened sensitivity response. This can cause a psychological reaction that may affect your ability to maintain an erection.

3. Lubrication: While you mentioned using lubricant, it's essential to ensure that you are using an adequate amount. Insufficient lubrication can lead to friction, which may cause discomfort or sensitivity.

To improve your experience and manage sensitivity, consider the following tips:
- Experiment with Different Lubricants: Different types of lubricants (water-based, silicone-based, etc.) can provide varying levels of comfort and sensation. Finding one that works best for you can enhance your experience.

- Gradual Exposure: If the sensitivity is overwhelming, try gradually acclimating to the sensation. Start with lighter pressure or shorter sessions to allow your body to adjust.

- Focus on Relaxation: Anxiety or tension can exacerbate sensitivity. Take your time, focus on relaxation, and engage in foreplay or other forms of stimulation that you find pleasurable before using the masturbation cup.

- Consult a Urologist: If sensitivity continues to be an issue or if you experience pain, it may be beneficial to consult a urologist. They can assess for any underlying conditions and provide tailored advice.

In summary, sensitivity issues related to the foreskin and glans can vary widely among individuals. Understanding your body and how it responds to different forms of stimulation is key. If discomfort persists or if you have concerns about phimosis or sensitivity, seeking professional medical advice is always a prudent step.
