Hello, is it normal to experience flashes of light while daydreaming? Around January, I suddenly developed floaters and underwent a fundus examination, where the doctor said there were no tears.
What should I do? I am currently very sensitive to flashes of light.
I don't exercise much, and I haven't had any head or eye injuries, but I often use my phone.
