Hello, I have a habit of weighing myself daily.
Recently, for the past three days, my weight has increased by about half a kilogram to one kilogram each day.
However, my diet has been normal, even on the lighter side; sometimes I eat normally for lunch and only have an apple for dinner.
I also drink at least 1000cc of water daily.
Despite this, I haven't had a bowel movement in the last three days, and when I do, it's very hard and only a small amount.
My urination has also been very infrequent, even though I drink a lot of water and green tea.
