When urination is difficult, and there are particles in the urine?


When urination is not smooth and there are granular substances in the urine, drinking a lot of water helps, and the particles disappear.
Most of the particles are small, white, with the largest being 0.3 cm.
When picked up and rubbed, they turn into a powdery substance.
This often occurs after consuming milk tea or soy milk the previous day.
During these episodes, there is a slight pain.
I have seen a doctor, and tests showed no abnormalities, but this occasionally happens.
The doctor also prescribed me medication for depression.
Please help me with this.
