Gastrointestinal discomfort?


Hello, doctor.
First of all, thank you for your response to my questions last month.
After that, I visited a physician who initially diagnosed me with general gastritis.
I was prescribed medications for gastrointestinal motility disorders, to reduce bloating, and for peptic ulcers.
After a week, I experienced some improvement, but I decided to undergo an endoscopy for a more accurate diagnosis.
The results were quite favorable, except for issues related to gastroesophageal reflux.
The doctor then prescribed me a month’s supply of pantoprazole and asked me to return for a follow-up in a month.
This week, the upper abdominal pain has significantly improved, but I still experience frequent diarrhea and flatulence, and sometimes I feel hungrier than usual.
Over the past two days, I have started to notice a sour taste in my mouth and discomfort in my throat after noon, which occasionally makes me feel nauseous.
I would like to ask what this issue might be.
