Dear Pharmacist, I am currently taking 0.5 mg of Clonazepam tablets, dividing one tablet into four parts and taking one part before bed each night.
Will splitting the medication affect its efficacy? I would like to avoid taking medication and still be able to sleep.
Previously, I took one whole tablet before bed.
One time, I bit into a 500 mg calcium carbonate tablet, and it felt like it caused a burning sensation in my throat and stomach.
