Hello doctor, two days ago I noticed a noticeable lump above my right testicle, about slightly larger than a grain of rice.
Pressing on it causes pain that radiates to my lower abdomen.
Recently, I have been masturbating, and both testicles are of even size, but the left side does not have that lump.
I previously had epididymitis on the left side.
