I am currently serving in the military and have recently been experiencing frequent feelings of oxygen deficiency, dizziness, and numbness in my hands.
Additionally, I have a tightness in my right chest that radiates to my back, causing discomfort.
Could you please advise if this indicates a problem with my body, or if it could be a mild pneumothorax? The symptoms are only occurring on the right side, not on the left near my heart.
