I really need your medication?
Hello, I have not been exposed to radiation, electromagnetic fields, or toxic gases for half a month (during work), and everything is normal.
I feel great, and my supervisor and colleagues often help me order lunch.
However, I soon noticed an imbalance in my mental state and a strange feeling of complaints that is not typical of my personality and behavior.
It seems pointless to overthink things; the only solution is to see a doctor and take medication to cleanse my body of impurities.
Thank you for your assistance.
Sincerely, Huang Guanming, 89.11.20.

Hello Mr.
Huang: Based on your question, I am unable to accurately understand what you mean by "the feeling of psychological imbalance and complaints within the body." I suggest you consult with a nearby psychosomatic medicine specialist or psychiatrist, or visit your family physician to evaluate whether necessary tests should be arranged first.
Best regards, Liao Ding-Lie.

Hello Huang,
Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns regarding your mental health. It sounds like you are experiencing a significant amount of distress, and I want to emphasize that seeking help is a crucial step in addressing these feelings. Mental health is just as important as physical health, and it’s essential to recognize when you need support.
From what you’ve described, it seems that you are feeling a sense of imbalance and discomfort that is not typical for you. This can be quite alarming, especially if it feels foreign to your usual personality and behavior. It’s important to understand that mental health issues can manifest in various ways, including feelings of anxiety, depression, or even a sense of disconnection from oneself. These feelings can sometimes be exacerbated by stressors in our environment, changes in routine, or even physical health issues.
You mentioned that you have not been exposed to radiation or toxic gases recently, which is a positive sign. However, it’s still possible for psychological factors to contribute to your current state. Mental health conditions can arise from a combination of genetic, biological, environmental, and psychological factors. Therefore, it’s vital to approach this situation holistically.
Here are some steps you can take to seek help and improve your mental health:
1. Consult a Mental Health Professional: It’s essential to speak with a psychologist, psychiatrist, or licensed therapist who can provide a proper assessment of your mental health. They can help you understand what you’re experiencing and develop a treatment plan tailored to your needs.
2. Medication: If a mental health professional determines that medication is appropriate for you, they can prescribe medications that may help alleviate your symptoms. Medications can be effective in treating various mental health conditions, but it’s important to have a thorough discussion with your doctor about the benefits and potential side effects.
3. Therapy: In addition to medication, therapy can be a valuable tool for managing mental health. Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), for example, can help you identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to your distress.
4. Self-Care Practices: Incorporating self-care into your daily routine can also be beneficial. This includes regular exercise, a balanced diet, adequate sleep, and mindfulness practices such as meditation or yoga. These activities can help improve your overall well-being and reduce stress.
5. Support System: Reach out to friends, family, or support groups. Sharing your feelings with trusted individuals can provide emotional support and help you feel less isolated in your struggles.
6. Monitor Your Symptoms: Keep a journal of your feelings and experiences. This can help you identify patterns or triggers that may be contributing to your mental health issues. Sharing this information with your healthcare provider can also aid in your treatment.
7. Educate Yourself: Understanding mental health conditions can empower you to take control of your situation. There are many resources available, including books, websites, and support organizations that can provide valuable information.
Remember, it’s okay to seek help, and doing so is a sign of strength. Mental health challenges are common, and many people experience similar feelings at some point in their lives. The important thing is to take proactive steps toward recovery. You deserve to feel balanced and at peace, and with the right support and treatment, it is possible to achieve that.
Take care, and I wish you the best on your journey to better mental health.
