Hello, doctor.
I would like to ask about a breathing issue.
Over the past few years, I have been drinking unsweetened tea and not enough water.
In severe cases, this has led to difficulty breathing and even swallowing, as if there is gas trapped in my throat, and I can only exhale.
About a year after that incident, I only drank water, but recently I decided to try milk tea again, and the same symptoms occurred, with slight wheezing and an inability to swallow properly, only able to exhale through my mouth.
Does this mean that I should avoid caffeinated beverages in the future?
