Recently, I've noticed a change in my bathroom habits.
Before I need to go, I don't feel an urgent need, but once I'm in the bathroom, I suddenly feel very urgent.
Sometimes, while I'm unbuttoning my pants, I accidentally leak a little urine.
Could this be related to my long-standing habit of drinking a large glass of water before bed? I'm wondering if this has caused me to develop a habit of holding my urine overnight (I usually go to bed quite late), and since I sleep very deeply, I might not wake up in time.
