Will this lead to pregnancy?

On the early morning of April 8th, I was intimate with my girlfriend, engaging in genital rubbing, but there was no penetration or ejaculation.
I'm not sure if any pre-ejaculatory fluid or prostate fluid came into contact with her vaginal opening.
I also inserted my finger afterward.
My girlfriend mentioned that during the rubbing, it was very close to penetration (but she is still a virgin).
Is there a chance of pregnancy? How likely is it? Her last period started on February 21, the one before that on March 18, and she was expected to start her period on April 15, but it has been delayed.
I'm very worried she might be pregnant.

The question of whether pregnancy can occur from friction without penetration is a common concern, especially among young couples exploring their sexual relationship. To address your question, it is indeed possible, though the likelihood is generally low.
Pregnancy occurs when sperm fertilizes an egg, which typically happens through vaginal intercourse. However, sperm can be present in pre-ejaculatory fluid (also known as pre-cum), which can be released before ejaculation. If this fluid comes into contact with the vaginal area, there is a potential risk of sperm entering the vagina and subsequently fertilizing an egg, especially if the timing coincides with ovulation.

In your case, you mentioned that there was no penetration and no ejaculation, which significantly reduces the chances of pregnancy. However, if there was any transfer of pre-ejaculatory fluid to the vaginal area, there is a small risk. The fact that your girlfriend is a virgin and has not engaged in penetrative intercourse before does not eliminate the possibility of pregnancy entirely, but it does suggest that the risk is lower.

Regarding the timing of her menstrual cycle, if her last period started on March 18 and she is typically regular, she would expect her next period around April 15. A delay in her period could be due to several factors, including stress, hormonal changes, or other health-related issues, in addition to the possibility of pregnancy. If her period is late, it would be advisable for her to take a home pregnancy test for confirmation. These tests are generally accurate and can provide peace of mind.

If your girlfriend is concerned about the possibility of pregnancy, it is essential to communicate openly about it. If the test is positive, she should consult a healthcare provider to discuss her options and next steps. If the test is negative and her period still does not arrive, it may be worth consulting a doctor to rule out any other underlying issues.

In summary, while the chances of pregnancy from friction without penetration are low, they are not zero. If there is any uncertainty or concern, taking a pregnancy test and consulting a healthcare professional is the best course of action. Open communication between partners about sexual health and contraception is crucial in navigating these situations.
