Abdominal discomfort?
Since I ate the sweet cake provided by the school, my stomach has been a bit uncomfortable (possibly because the cake was very sweet and I ate it quickly).
The next day, I had diarrhea twice, and it felt watery (with stomach pain and gurgling sounds).
I took a gastrointestinal medication, and the following day I had another bowel movement, but it wasn't as watery as the first day.
After taking the medication, I stopped having diarrhea, but I have been experiencing bloating and gas, feeling quite full and a bit nauseous.
Now, I haven't had diarrhea, but my stomach still doesn't feel quite right.
Could this be gastroenteritis or indigestion?
