I suddenly remembered that on that day, I actually felt a bit of diarrhea; some of my stools were soft, similar to when I had an irritable bowel syndrome flare-up in the past.
Recently, I have been eating carrots almost every day and have also been drinking black tea.
Could eating carrots and drinking tea cause my stool to turn red? Thank you.
