The issue of belching?
I would like to ask about a situation I have been experiencing.
Two weeks ago, I suddenly started having frequent burping.
I experience it in the morning when I wake up, after meals, and even when I haven't eaten anything.
Sometimes it happens once every hour or half an hour, but I have no issues while sleeping.
Previously, I used to eat quickly and sometimes couldn't eat on time, and I rarely exercised.
However, recently I have been more consistent with my eating schedule, eating more slowly, and doing a bit of exercise.
My stomach has also flattened a bit, but I still experience burping.
I would like to know if I need to take medication for this or if I definitely need to undergo an endoscopy.
