Bowel movement issues
Hello, doctor.
I apologize for bothering you, but I would like to ask about my situation.
Since around September, I've been experiencing high levels of stress, which has affected my sleep.
In May of this year, I had an issue with bloating and underwent an endoscopy, which showed no problems.
The doctor mentioned that my gastric emptying might be slightly impaired.
Recently, my bloating has returned, and I’m not sure why.
In the mornings, after drinking water, I don't feel much urge to have a bowel movement, and when I do, the amount is very small.
It seems like I have a normal bowel movement every 2 to 3 days (I am currently trying to eat fruit daily).
I wonder if high stress levels could also affect my gastrointestinal function and bowel movements?
