Blurred vision when looking at objects?


Hello doctor, recently when I look at things (especially close objects), I have to focus particularly hard to see clearly.
If I relax my eyes, the focus shifts and the text becomes blurry.
I currently have floaters and my myopia is about -4.00 diopters.
I've been taking cold medicine due to a recent cold.
What could be the problem? These symptoms started about a week ago, and I've been spending less than 2 hours a day on screens.
Is it possible to develop presbyopia at the age of 20?
