Doctor, I am asking on behalf of my girlfriend.
She is 23 years old and has recently been experiencing forgetfulness.
For example, when she wakes up and sees me, her mind feels blank, and it takes her a while to remember who I am.
The day before yesterday, when she went to work, she forgot that she had worked there, and her memory gradually returned.
Yesterday, while watching TV, she blanked out halfway through and almost forgot what she was doing.
She previously visited a psychiatrist because she had mood swings and tremors, which were similar to seizures.
The doctor prescribed her Escitalopram, Clonazepam, and Aripiprazole.
The doctor mentioned that these medications could have side effects, including drowsiness, which has caused her to sleep for an entire day.
After taking the medication, my mother advised me not to let her continue taking it.
