Vas deferens issues
Doctor, I'm sorry, but I've been feeling uncomfortable around my testicles for the past couple of days.
Today, when I was having a bowel movement, I felt pain in the lower left side of my abdomen, and there's also pain when I touch the area between my penis and left thigh.
Upon observation, I noticed that the area around my left testicle seems to be somewhat swollen.
I haven't closely examined it before, so I can't compare it to what is normal.
My biology knowledge isn't very good, but I can describe that the left testicle appears to have a greenish swelling that is quite large.
I suspect this might be the area where semen is stored.
I think it could be due to the excitement of having a girlfriend these past few days, which may have led to excessive semen accumulation.
Yesterday, I ejaculated once, hoping that would help, and I released a lot, but it seems that the greenish swelling on the left side hasn't decreased much.
Additionally, today I noticed the symptoms I mentioned earlier.
The only cause I can guess is related to having a girlfriend these past few days.
I hope the doctor can give me some advice.

Hello: A diagnosis cannot be made without an examination, but it could possibly be varicose veins or a hernia.
It is recommended to seek medical attention.
Wishing you good health.

Testicular discomfort can be concerning, and it's important to understand the potential causes and solutions. Based on your description, it sounds like you are experiencing discomfort in the area around your left testicle, which is accompanied by swelling and pain during bowel movements. Here are some possible causes for your symptoms:
1. Epididymitis: This is an inflammation of the epididymis, the tube that stores and carries sperm. It can cause swelling, pain, and tenderness in the testicular area. Epididymitis is often caused by infections, which can be sexually transmitted or due to other bacterial infections.
2. Testicular Torsion: This is a medical emergency where the spermatic cord becomes twisted, cutting off blood supply to the testicle. Symptoms include sudden, severe pain and swelling. If you suspect this, seek immediate medical attention.
3. Hernia: An inguinal hernia occurs when tissue, such as part of the intestine, protrudes through a weak spot in the abdominal muscles. This can cause discomfort in the groin and may be associated with swelling.
4. Varicocele: This is an enlargement of the veins within the scrotum, which can cause a feeling of heaviness or discomfort. It is often described as feeling like a "bag of worms."
5. Hydrocele: This is a fluid-filled sac around a testicle, which can cause swelling and discomfort. Hydroceles are usually painless but can become uncomfortable if they grow large.
6. Trauma or Injury: Any recent trauma to the groin area can lead to swelling and discomfort.
7. Infection or Inflammation: Other infections, such as orchitis (inflammation of the testicle), can also cause similar symptoms.
Given that you mentioned a "greenish" swelling, it’s crucial to consider that this could indicate an infection or another underlying issue that requires medical evaluation. The color could suggest the presence of pus or other fluids, which is not typical and should be assessed by a healthcare professional.
Recommendations:
1. Seek Medical Attention: Given the symptoms you are experiencing, especially the swelling and pain, it is important to consult a healthcare provider as soon as possible. They may perform a physical examination and possibly order an ultrasound to assess the condition of your testicles and surrounding structures.
2. Avoid Straining: Until you can see a doctor, try to avoid activities that may exacerbate the pain, such as heavy lifting or straining during bowel movements.
3. Monitor Symptoms: Keep track of any changes in your symptoms, including the size of the swelling, the intensity of the pain, and any other associated symptoms such as fever or discharge.
4. Stay Hydrated: Ensure you are drinking plenty of fluids, which can help with overall health and may assist in reducing discomfort.
5. Sexual Activity: If you believe your symptoms may be related to recent sexual activity, consider abstaining until you have been evaluated by a healthcare professional.
In conclusion, while it is possible that your symptoms could be related to recent sexual activity, the presence of swelling and pain warrants a thorough evaluation by a healthcare provider to rule out any serious conditions. Prompt medical attention is essential for proper diagnosis and treatment.
