Hello Doctor, due to my long periods of sitting and lack of exercise, I recently noticed some purplish-red spider veins on the outer side of my calves, and a slight bluish vein on the inner side, although it hasn't progressed to the point of being raised.

Therefore, I have some questions for you:

If this is the early stage of varicose veins, and I currently walk for ten minutes after sitting for an hour, do I need to wear compression stockings?

If I am in the early stage as mentioned, do I still need to wear compression stockings while jogging?

When I sleep, should I place a pillow under my feet for the entire night?
