I was recently diagnosed with multiple gallbladder polyps, the largest being 0.5 cm.

My work hours are late (11 AM to 8 PM), so I usually go to bed around 2 AM and wake up at 10 AM, often skipping breakfast and only having lunch.
However, I do eat a late-night snack around 11 PM.
I plan to wake up around 8 AM to have breakfast (solid food or oatmeal) before going back to sleep, and I intend to skip the late-night snack unless I'm very hungry.
Recently, I've noticed that I can't eat much at lunch; if I have breakfast and then go back to sleep, my stomach feels very full and I feel nauseous.
