Spinal and cervical adjustment?


Hello doctor, I have had scoliosis since I was in the first year of junior high school until the first year of high school.
When I was in the third year of junior high, I went to the hospital for rehabilitation, but they didn't mention anything about my cervical spine.
Later, I switched to chiropractic treatment, where they also adjusted my cervical spine.
Every time I get adjusted, there are many popping sounds, and while the lateral pressure doesn't hurt, they ask me to hold my head, and then they insert their hands through the gap of my arms holding my head, and when they pull back or upward, it makes popping sounds and can be painful.
At first, I thought it was fine, but by the sixth or seventh session, I returned home, and a few days later, my neck felt tight, I experienced dizziness, and I felt fatigued (although I usually sleep late, around midnight or 1-2 AM).
Is this caused by the chiropractic treatment? What kind of injury is this? Should I continue with chiropractic treatment?
