Problems with the foreskin and penis?

In recent months, I have been engaging in oral sex with my girlfriend, during which she has been stimulating the tip of my penis.
However, I have been experiencing discomfort as her hand repeatedly pushes my foreskin back.
Despite this discomfort, I still reached climax.
Over the past few weeks, I have noticed that my foreskin seems to have lost its elasticity, and the tip appears wrinkled.
Upon examining, I found that there are tears and abrasions on the underside, leading to a sensation of the foreskin being unable to move freely.
Is there a way to remedy this? Currently, I experience tearing pain when walking or squatting due to the restricted movement of the foreskin, and this has been ongoing for two to three weeks.
I have been applying a topical ointment to the abrasions, but it feels like a temporary solution rather than addressing the underlying issue.
For clarification, I do not have phimosis.
My foreskin is now wrinkled and lacks elasticity.
Is there a possibility for it to return to its previous state? Has the foreskin suffered necrosis? Additionally, during an erection, I feel a tight band around the base of the foreskin.
Does this require surgery, or are there other methods to resolve this issue?

In cases of phimosis, surgical circumcision of the foreskin may be considered.

Understanding penile and foreskin issues can be complex, especially when it involves discomfort, changes in skin elasticity, and potential injuries. Based on your description, it seems you are experiencing a combination of physical changes and discomfort related to your foreskin, which may have been exacerbated by recent sexual activity.
Firstly, the changes in your foreskin's elasticity and the wrinkling you describe could be due to several factors, including friction, irritation, or even a minor injury from the activities you've engaged in. The fact that you mentioned a tearing sensation and the presence of a "破皮撕裂傷" (torn skin) indicates that there may be some localized trauma that needs to be addressed.
In terms of treatment, it’s good that you are applying a topical ointment like "臨得隆" (likely a form of hydrocortisone or similar) to the affected area. This can help with inflammation and promote healing. However, as you noted, this may only be a temporary solution. Here are some additional steps you can consider:
1. Gentle Care: Avoid any activities that may further irritate the area, such as vigorous sexual activity or any form of friction. Allowing the skin to heal is crucial.

2. Moisturization: Keeping the area moisturized can help improve skin elasticity. Consider using a fragrance-free moisturizer or a specialized product for sensitive skin.

3. Hygiene: Maintain good hygiene by gently cleaning the area with mild soap and water. Avoid harsh soaps or products that can cause further irritation.

4. Consult a Specialist: Given the symptoms you are experiencing, it would be wise to consult a urologist or a dermatologist who specializes in genital health. They can provide a thorough examination and determine if there are any underlying conditions that need to be addressed.

5. Potential Surgical Options: If the foreskin continues to be non-elastic and causes pain or discomfort, surgical options such as a circumcision or a preputioplasty (a less invasive procedure) may be considered. These procedures can help alleviate the issues you are experiencing, but they should be discussed in detail with a healthcare professional.

6. Avoid Self-Diagnosis: It’s important not to jump to conclusions about the condition of your foreskin. While you may feel that it is "壞死" (dead), only a medical professional can accurately assess the health of your skin and foreskin.

7. Follow-Up Care: If you notice any signs of infection (such as increased redness, swelling, or discharge), seek medical attention promptly.
In conclusion, while it’s understandable to be concerned about the changes you are experiencing, many issues related to the foreskin can be treated effectively with proper care and medical guidance. It’s essential to prioritize your health and seek professional advice to ensure that you receive the appropriate treatment tailored to your specific situation.
