Is it possible to rule out pregnancy?
A few months ago, my menstrual dates were 8/5, 9/6, 10/7, and 11/8, with a cycle of approximately 32 days, indicating that my periods are very regular.
On 9/14, there was external ejaculation without a condom, and on 10/12, I took a pregnancy test (not first morning urine but held in the bladder for over 4 hours) which showed one line.
On 11/15, I also took a pregnancy test (first morning urine) which also showed one line.
All pregnancy tests were done using the Blanka pregnancy test strips.
Can I completely rule out the possibility of pregnancy? Additionally, during external friction (with no contact of genital organs), ejaculation occurred on the chest, and I immediately wiped it off with tissue and rinsed with hot water.
Is there a possibility that water could carry sperm to the vaginal area and lead to pregnancy?

On 9/14, there was unprotected external ejaculation, and on 10/12, a pregnancy test was taken (not first morning urine, but held in the bladder for over 4 hours) which showed one line.
Another pregnancy test was taken on 11/15 (first morning urine) and also showed one line.

Can this completely rule out the possibility of pregnancy?
Answer: Yes, it can.
Additionally, if there was external rubbing (without contact with genital organs) and ejaculation on the chest, followed by immediate cleaning with tissue and rinsing with hot water, is there a possibility that water could flow to the vaginal area and cause pregnancy?
Answer: No, there is no possibility.

Based on your detailed description, it appears that you have been closely monitoring your menstrual cycle and pregnancy tests. Given your regular cycle of approximately 32 days and the negative results from your pregnancy tests on both October 12 and November 15, it is reasonable to conclude that the likelihood of pregnancy is very low.
Pregnancy tests, particularly home urine tests, are designed to detect the hormone human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG), which is produced shortly after a fertilized egg attaches to the uterine lining. The sensitivity of these tests can vary, but most are quite reliable when used correctly. If you have consistently received negative results, especially with a morning urine sample—which is typically more concentrated and therefore more likely to yield a positive result if hCG is present—it is unlikely that you are pregnant.
Regarding your concern about external ejaculation and the possibility of pregnancy, it is important to note that pregnancy typically requires sperm to enter the vagina and travel to the uterus. In your case, since there was no direct contact with the genital area and the sperm was on the chest, the chances of sperm traveling to the vaginal area through washing or water flow are extremely low. Sperm requires a specific environment to survive and swim, and the conditions you described do not support that.
However, it is essential to consider that no contraceptive method is 100% effective, and while the scenarios you described have a very low risk of resulting in pregnancy, they are not entirely impossible. If you continue to experience irregularities in your menstrual cycle or have concerns about your reproductive health, it would be prudent to consult with a healthcare provider. They can perform a more comprehensive evaluation, including blood tests or ultrasounds, to rule out any underlying issues.
In summary, based on the information provided, it is highly unlikely that you are pregnant given the negative test results and your menstrual history. However, if you have ongoing concerns or experience any unusual symptoms, seeking medical advice is always a good course of action. Regular check-ups can help ensure that your reproductive health is monitored and any potential issues are addressed promptly.
