Hello Doctor: Four years ago, I experienced yellow-green semen after using a sex toy to stimulate my prostate.
Additionally, I practice yoga, and I suspect that sitting with my legs too wide may have caused injury to my groin or internal areas.

I visited a urology department at a hospital, where the doctor suggested a possible bacterial infection.
I took medication for two weeks, which did normalize my semen somewhat, but I eventually discontinued treatment.
Later, I consulted a traditional Chinese medicine practitioner, which improved my overall energy, but my semen remained yellow-green.
A year later, I underwent a health check-up for military service, and the results indicated I was in good health.
I then went to another hospital for a health check-up and saw a urologist, who confirmed there was no bacterial infection.
In fact, urine tests did not reveal any bacteria in the prostate, yet my semen continued to be yellow-green.
Currently, I have stopped masturbating, exercise three times a week for 40 minutes each session, and take zinc, B vitamins, and supplements for prostate health daily.
However, I feel my libido has not increased, and my semen remains yellow-green.

I currently do not have fever, urgency, or burning during urination; I only feel discomfort when sitting.
Through regular exercise, I no longer experience split urine flow.
I often feel pain or itching in my left kidney area; could this be a sign of recovery? 4.
Following point 2, if my urinary system imbalance is indeed due to groin injury, could it be that the transport system on the left side of my body has deteriorated, leading to the aforementioned issues (leaning to the right while walking, emotional instability, and blurry vision in the left eye)?
