Foreskin issues
Hello, doctor.
I have a question.
My foreskin has become uneven due to incorrect masturbation positions, causing the outer layer to completely detach from the inner layer.
My penis has also retracted a bit because the foreskin is not properly anchored.
Now, the tip of my foreskin occasionally experiences sharp pain.
I have been taking painkillers and applying ointments for several months, but there has been no improvement.
I have consulted many urologists, and they all say there is no issue.
Is there a way to reattach the outer and inner layers of the foreskin? Also, could my subsequent penile embedding be related to improper masturbation techniques?

Hello: If the doctor says there is no problem, then there should be no issue.
Suturing is possible, but not necessary.
Most cases of buried penis are due to a combination of congenital factors and excessive fat, and it is unlikely related to improper masturbation.
Wishing you good health.

More Info
Addressing foreskin issues, particularly those related to pain and potential complications from improper masturbation techniques, can be a sensitive and complex topic. It’s important to approach this with care and an understanding of the anatomy and potential treatment options available.
From your description, it seems that you are experiencing pain at the tip of your penis due to a separation between the inner and outer layers of the foreskin. This condition can lead to discomfort, especially during sexual activity or even at rest. The fact that you have been experiencing this pain for several months, despite taking pain medication and topical treatments, suggests that there may be an underlying issue that needs to be addressed more thoroughly.
Treatment Options
1. Consultation with a Urologist: Since you have already seen multiple urologists without satisfactory results, it may be beneficial to seek a specialist who has experience with foreskin and penile issues. A urologist specializing in sexual health or reconstructive surgery may provide more targeted insights and treatment options.
2. Surgical Options: If the foreskin is causing significant pain and discomfort, surgical intervention may be necessary. Procedures such as circumcision (removal of the foreskin) or preputioplasty (reconstruction of the foreskin) can be considered. These surgeries can alleviate pain and prevent further complications. If there is a significant separation between the inner and outer layers of the foreskin, a surgical procedure to reattach or repair these layers may be possible, but this would need to be evaluated by a qualified surgeon.
3. Pain Management: While you have been using pain medications, it may be worth discussing alternative pain management strategies with your healthcare provider. This could include nerve blocks, topical anesthetics, or even physical therapy focused on pelvic floor rehabilitation.
4. Hygiene and Care: Maintaining proper hygiene is crucial, especially if there is any irritation or injury to the foreskin. Gentle cleaning with mild soap and water can help prevent infections. Avoiding irritants, such as harsh soaps or lotions, is also advisable.
5. Addressing Psychological Factors: If improper masturbation techniques contributed to your current situation, it may be beneficial to explore this with a therapist or counselor who specializes in sexual health. They can provide guidance on healthy practices and techniques to avoid future issues.
Regarding the Penile Embedding Procedure
You mentioned a concern about a penile embedding procedure potentially being related to your issues. If the embedding was done improperly or if there are complications from that procedure, it could indeed contribute to discomfort or pain. A thorough evaluation by a urologist can help determine if the embedding is related to your current symptoms and whether any corrective procedures are necessary.
Conclusion
In summary, addressing foreskin issues, especially those causing pain, requires a comprehensive approach that includes proper medical evaluation, potential surgical intervention, and ongoing care. It’s essential to find a healthcare provider who understands your concerns and can offer tailored treatment options. Don’t hesitate to seek a second opinion or a referral to a specialist who can provide the care you need. Remember, your comfort and health are paramount, and there are solutions available to help you manage and resolve these issues effectively.
