Hello Doctor, I previously inquired about some issues, and this time I would like to ask about my health check report.
Static Electrocardiogram: Sinus bradycardia at 57 beats per minute.
Arterial stiffness analysis: Pulse wave analysis (1-7 scale) shows vascular elasticity analysis at level 5 (86.7%), level 6 (8.3%), and level 7 (5.0%) (two years ago it was at level 2, not as severe).
Blood analysis: Cholesterol is elevated at 262 mg/dl (normal range 0-200 mg/dl), triglycerides are elevated at 293 mg/dl (normal range 0-150 mg/dl), high-density lipoprotein (HDL) is 58 mg/dl (greater than 40 mg/dl), low-density lipoprotein (LDL) is 153 mg/dl (less than 130 mg/dl), LDL/HDL ratio is 2.64 (normal range 0-3.55), total cholesterol/HDL ratio is 4.52 (normal range 0-5.5).
Epithelial cells in urine sediment: 30-49 (normal range 0-5).
Other (urinalysis): Positive for red blood cell distribution density at 16.9% (normal range 11-16.9%).
I would like to ask the doctor if the values from the heart examination and vascular elasticity are serious and indicate a high probability of myocardial infarction? What methods can improve vascular elasticity? Regarding the urinalysis and red blood cell distribution, what issues are present, and do they affect vascular components?
I am 153 cm tall, weigh 60 kg, slightly overweight, with a systolic blood pressure of 111, diastolic blood pressure of 80, and a pulse of 71 (on the day of examination).
The check was done half a month ago.
Sometimes I feel dizzy, as if I might faint, and I am very afraid of suddenly having a myocardial infarction without anyone to help.
I have been living alone at home with a child who is just over three months old.
