Can I get pregnant?

During ovulation, my boyfriend rubbed his genitals against my vagina and secreted pre-ejaculate fluid.
I would like to know if this could lead to pregnancy.
There was no penetration, but during ovulation, my boyfriend touched his pre-ejaculate fluid and then touched my vagina.
Could this result in pregnancy? Additionally, at around 12 PM during ovulation, my boyfriend ejaculated on his pants without cleaning it properly.
Later, around 5 PM, he touched his own genitals and then touched my vagina.
Could this lead to pregnancy? If he secreted pre-ejaculate fluid again around 5 AM and then touched my genitals, would that cause pregnancy? My last menstrual period started on March 13, and recently I have been experiencing headaches, sore throat, body aches, and after receiving an IV, I had some abdominal pain.
Today, my abdomen feels bloated and painful, and my throat is also very sore.
Doctor, could this be a sign of pregnancy, or is there another reason? I consulted my primary physician online, and they said there is a 0% chance of pregnancy.
Is this true?

Hello, if there was no penetration, pregnancy is unlikely.
Recently, I've been experiencing headaches, sore throat, and body aches, which are generally not signs of early pregnancy.
It's always best to use contraception consistently, as you cannot rely on the fertility awareness method.
Wishing you good health.

When it comes to the possibility of pregnancy from pre-ejaculate fluid during ovulation, it is essential to understand the mechanics of conception and the role of pre-ejaculate. Pre-ejaculate, or pre-cum, is a fluid released by the Cowper's glands during sexual arousal. Its primary function is to lubricate the urethra and neutralize any acidity that may be present, creating a more favorable environment for sperm.

The concern regarding pregnancy arises from the fact that pre-ejaculate can sometimes contain sperm. This sperm may originate from residual sperm left in the urethra from a previous ejaculation. Therefore, while the likelihood of pregnancy from pre-ejaculate is lower than from direct ejaculation into the vagina, it is not zero, especially during the ovulation period when a woman is most fertile.

In your scenario, you mentioned that your boyfriend engaged in genital rubbing (or "outercourse") and that he had not cleaned himself after ejaculation. If any sperm were present in the pre-ejaculate and came into contact with your vaginal area during your fertile window, there is a potential risk of pregnancy. The risk is heightened if this contact occurs close to the time of ovulation, as this is when the egg is available for fertilization.

Regarding your symptoms, such as headaches, sore throat, body aches, and abdominal pain, these could be indicative of various conditions, including premenstrual syndrome (PMS), an infection, or even early signs of pregnancy. However, it is crucial to note that these symptoms alone are not definitive indicators of pregnancy. The best way to confirm pregnancy is through a home pregnancy test or a visit to a healthcare provider for a blood test.

As for the statement from your physician regarding a "0% chance of pregnancy," it is important to consider that while the risk is low, it is not entirely absent. If you are concerned about the possibility of pregnancy, it would be wise to take a pregnancy test if your period is late or if you continue to experience unusual symptoms.

In summary, while the risk of pregnancy from pre-ejaculate is lower than from ejaculation, it is not impossible, especially during ovulation. If you have concerns about your symptoms or potential pregnancy, consulting with a healthcare provider for personalized advice and testing is the best course of action. They can provide you with the most accurate information based on your specific situation and health history.
