1/22-1/28 menstruation occurred, and on 2/3, there was friction with my boyfriend through clothing without ejaculation.
After that, there was no sexual activity until menstruation returned from 3/2-3/7, followed by the next period from 4/6-4/12.
During this time, I experienced abdominal pain, and a faint dark line appeared below my navel.
I took pregnancy tests on 2/28, 3/16, 3/30, and 4/20, all of which showed one line.
However, it seems that the dark line on my abdomen has extended above my navel, and I’m unsure if it’s psychological.
My abdomen also feels larger.
I would like to ask the doctor: 1.
Is it possible that I am pregnant? Answer: It is not possible to be pregnant.
2.
Is the dark line on my abdomen related to pregnancy? Answer: The dark line on the abdomen is not related to pregnancy.
3.
If I have tested negative four times, is there still a possibility of being pregnant? Answer: There is no possibility of being pregnant.

More Info
To determine whether you might be pregnant, it's essential to understand the various symptoms and the reliability of pregnancy tests. Based on your description, you have experienced some symptoms that could be associated with early pregnancy, such as abdominal pain and the appearance of a dark line on your abdomen, commonly known as the linea nigra. However, it's important to note that these symptoms can also be attributed to other factors, including hormonal changes or even anxiety about the possibility of being pregnant.
1. Possibility of Pregnancy: Given that you had a period from April 6 to April 12 and have not engaged in penetrative sexual intercourse since then, the likelihood of pregnancy is relatively low. The only sexual activity you mentioned was non-penetrative and did not involve ejaculation. Sperm needs to enter the vagina to potentially fertilize an egg, so without that, the chances of conception are minimal. However, if you had unprotected intercourse during your fertile window (which typically occurs around ovulation), there could still be a chance of pregnancy.
2. Linea Nigra: The dark line you observed on your abdomen is indeed associated with pregnancy, but it can also appear due to hormonal fluctuations unrelated to pregnancy. The linea nigra is a common occurrence during pregnancy, caused by increased melanin production due to hormonal changes. However, its presence alone is not a definitive indicator of pregnancy, especially if you have not had a positive pregnancy test.
3. Reliability of Pregnancy Tests: You mentioned that you have taken four pregnancy tests, all of which returned negative results. Home pregnancy tests are generally reliable when used correctly, especially if taken after a missed period. However, if you tested too early, it might not have detected the pregnancy hormone (hCG) if conception did occur. If your menstrual cycle is irregular, it can also complicate the timing of ovulation and, consequently, the timing of a potential pregnancy test.
Given that you have had multiple negative tests, it is less likely that you are pregnant. However, if you continue to experience symptoms or if your period is significantly delayed, it may be worthwhile to consult with a healthcare provider for further evaluation. They may recommend a blood test, which can detect pregnancy earlier than urine tests and provide more definitive results.
In summary, while some of your symptoms could suggest pregnancy, the negative tests and the nature of your recent sexual activity indicate that pregnancy is unlikely. If you have concerns or if your symptoms persist, seeking medical advice is the best course of action. A healthcare professional can provide a thorough evaluation and help you understand your symptoms better.
