Is it pregnancy?

Hello Doctor: My menstrual period in January was from January 22 to January 28.
At the beginning of February (February 3), I had intimate relations with my boyfriend, which involved rubbing through my underwear and a pair of jeans.
There was no ejaculation, but some pre-ejaculate fluid may have gotten on my outer pants, and I'm unsure if it penetrated my underwear.
My next period came from March 2 to March 7, during which I experienced abdominal pain and fatigue.
My period in April was from April 6 to April 12.
Since March, I've noticed my abdomen has been getting larger, and sometimes I feel dull pain in my lower abdomen.
I'm very worried about the possibility of pregnancy, so I took pregnancy tests on February 28, March 16, March 30, April 6, April 20, and May 4, all of which showed a single line.
However, my period has not come this month, so I'm still concerned.
I would like to ask the doctor:
1.
Am I pregnant?
2.
Is there a possibility that I could be pregnant?
3.
Since I had my period in March and April, does that mean I can completely rule out pregnancy?
4.
If my period does not come in May, could it be due to pregnancy? (I have not had any intimate relations since February 3) Or could it be due to stress or other factors causing a disruption?
5.
Recently, when I squeeze my nipples, there is a small amount of white fluid.
Is this related to pregnancy, or could it be a sign that my period is approaching?
6.
Since February 3, it has been three months, and all pregnancy tests have shown a single line.
Does this completely rule out the possibility of pregnancy?
7.
If pre-ejaculate fluid penetrated through my underwear, could it cause pregnancy?
8.
My abdomen has gotten larger, but when I sit, it appears to have two layers of flesh and feels soft, and I can pinch a layer of flesh.
Is this fat or could it be pregnancy?
9.
Do I need to see a gynecologist for an examination? Or should I take another pregnancy test? Or should I just wait for my period to come?
10.
If my period continues to be absent, do I need to see a doctor? How long should I wait before seeking medical advice?
11.
Is it possible to have a period while being pregnant?

More Info

It sounds like you have a lot of concerns regarding your potential pregnancy and the symptoms you are experiencing. Let's address your questions one by one while also providing some context about pregnancy and menstrual cycles.

1. Am I pregnant? Based on the information you provided, it seems unlikely that you are pregnant. You mentioned having your period in March and April, which typically indicates that you are not pregnant. Menstrual bleeding is a strong sign that you are not pregnant, especially if it is regular and consistent.

2. Is there a possibility of pregnancy? While it is theoretically possible to become pregnant from pre-ejaculate fluid (which may contain sperm), the likelihood is low, especially if you did not have direct genital contact and your menstrual cycle has continued normally.

3. Does having periods in March and April rule out pregnancy? Yes, having regular menstrual periods typically indicates that you are not pregnant. If you had a normal period, it is a strong indicator that you are not expecting.

4. What if my May period doesn't come? If your period does not arrive in May, it could be due to various factors, including stress, hormonal imbalances, or other health issues. It is not uncommon for menstrual cycles to be irregular occasionally.

5. What about the white discharge when squeezing my nipples? This could be related to hormonal changes or other benign conditions. It is not necessarily an indicator of pregnancy, especially if you are not experiencing other pregnancy symptoms.

6. Can I rule out pregnancy with negative tests? If you have consistently received negative pregnancy test results over the past three months, it is reasonable to conclude that you are not pregnant. Home pregnancy tests are quite accurate when used correctly.

7. Can pre-ejaculate cause pregnancy? While pre-ejaculate can contain sperm, the chances of becoming pregnant from it are low, especially without direct genital contact.

8. Is my belly getting bigger due to fat or pregnancy? If your abdomen feels soft and you can pinch it, it is likely fat rather than pregnancy. Pregnancy typically results in a firmer abdomen as the uterus expands.

9. Should I see a gynecologist? If your period does not arrive in May, or if you continue to have concerns, it would be a good idea to consult a gynecologist. They can provide a thorough evaluation and help determine the cause of your symptoms.

10. When should I see a doctor if my period doesn't come? If your period is more than a week late, it is advisable to see a doctor. They can perform tests and provide guidance based on your symptoms and history.

11. Can you have a period while pregnant? It is generally not possible to have a true menstrual period while pregnant. Some women may experience light bleeding or spotting during pregnancy, but this is not the same as a regular menstrual period.

In summary, based on your description, it seems unlikely that you are pregnant, especially since you have had two regular periods since the potential conception date. However, if you have further concerns or if your period does not arrive, it is always best to consult with a healthcare professional for personalized advice and peace of mind. Stress and lifestyle factors can significantly impact your menstrual cycle, so addressing any underlying issues may also be beneficial.
