Anal issues, cauliflower problems?

1.
I have been experiencing this symptom for 3-4 months.
Every time I have a bowel movement, I feel intense pain in my anus, but it only hurts during bowel movements; I have no issues in my daily life.
I notice blood on the toilet paper when I wipe, but the stool color is normal.
Sometimes, my anus also feels itchy, and after wiping, it feels like I haven't cleaned properly.
I don't have daily bowel movements; usually, I go every few days.
I have researched a lot of related information online, but I'm still unclear.
Could this be a symptom of hemorrhoids?
2.
There is another claim online that this could also be genital warts.
In early July, I had a sexual encounter with someone online, and he rubbed his genitals against my anus, but I was wearing underwear at the time.
Could this lead to an infection of genital warts? P.S.
I have examined my anus and did not find any small, localized, nipple-like growths.

Without actually seeing the lesion, it is impossible to determine the issue.
If it is very concerning, please seek medical attention as soon as possible.
A proper examination is necessary to understand the problem and to address it appropriately.

Understanding anal pain can be quite complex, especially when distinguishing between conditions like hemorrhoids and genital warts (also known as condylomata acuminata). Based on your description, it seems you are experiencing significant discomfort during bowel movements, along with bleeding and itching around the anal area. Let's break down the symptoms and potential causes.

1. Symptoms of Hemorrhoids: Hemorrhoids are swollen veins in the lower rectum and anus that can cause pain, itching, and bleeding. The pain you experience during bowel movements, along with the presence of blood on toilet paper, is indeed consistent with hemorrhoids. The itching sensation can also be a common symptom. Hemorrhoids can be classified as either internal or external. Internal hemorrhoids are usually painless but can bleed, while external hemorrhoids can be painful and may cause discomfort during bowel movements.

2. Symptoms of Genital Warts: Genital warts are caused by certain strains of the human papillomavirus (HPV). They typically present as small, flesh-colored or gray swellings in the genital area, which can appear as single or multiple bumps. While you mentioned not feeling any bumps upon examination, it's important to note that some warts can be very small or flat and may not be easily detectable. The sexual activity you described could potentially expose you to HPV, but the risk of transmission through clothing is generally low.
3. Differentiating Between Conditions: Given that your primary symptom is severe pain during bowel movements, along with bleeding and itching, it leans more towards hemorrhoids. However, the concern about genital warts is valid, especially considering your recent sexual activity. The absence of visible warts does not rule out the possibility of HPV infection, as some individuals may be asymptomatic.

4. Other Considerations: Other conditions that could cause similar symptoms include anal fissures (small tears in the lining of the anus), anal abscesses, or even infections. Anal fissures can cause sharp pain during bowel movements and may also lead to bleeding.
5. Recommendations: It is crucial to consult a healthcare provider for an accurate diagnosis. They may perform a physical examination and possibly recommend further tests, such as an anoscopy, to visualize the anal canal and rectum. This can help determine whether hemorrhoids, fissures, or other conditions are present.
6. Management: If hemorrhoids are confirmed, treatment options may include dietary changes (increasing fiber intake), topical treatments, and in some cases, procedures to remove the hemorrhoids. If genital warts are suspected, a healthcare provider can offer treatments such as topical medications or procedures to remove the warts.

In summary, while your symptoms are suggestive of hemorrhoids, the possibility of genital warts or other conditions cannot be ruled out without a proper medical evaluation. It is essential to seek medical advice to address your symptoms effectively and to ensure appropriate treatment.
