Muscle and joint pain?

Tseng, I have been experiencing increasing fatigue upon waking up every day for the past few years (average sleep time from 12:30 AM to 6:30 AM).
During sleep, I often experience pain in my shoulders, elbows, and finger joints, as well as swelling and pain in the muscles behind my knees, which affects my ability to walk and stand.
Climbing up and down stairs is also impacted, and I sometimes wake up during the night due to shoulder and hand joint pain.
Even after waking up, I continue to experience these symptoms, and my ring finger often has difficulty bending in the morning, requiring me to take pain medication for relief.
Approximately 10 years ago, I was diagnosed with knee joint degeneration at Kang Hsin Hospital's orthopedic department.
Last year, blood tests for rheumatoid arthritis and uric acid levels returned normal results.
Currently, my physician has diagnosed me with sleep apnea, elevated triglycerides, and moderate fatty liver disease.
I would like to inquire about the necessary follow-up examinations and treatments for my condition.
