Concerns about weight loss?


Hello Dr.
Liao, since March, my weight has been gradually decreasing.
I originally weighed over 68 kg, and now I'm around 65 kg, and it seems to be continuing to drop.
My exercise level is lower than before, but I'm eating more, and my daily routine is normal.
I also smoke very little now.
Could it be that drinking more water has improved my metabolism? I read online that someone lost 5 kg in a month by drinking 2000 cc of water daily.
