Sleep paralysis and vertigo?


Hello Doctor, sometimes when I wake up in the middle of the night, I find myself unable to move or even breathe.
When I finally manage to get up, I experience intense dizziness and tinnitus.
Recently, during my afternoon naps, I've started to feel a bit drowsy and have mild dizziness.
I researched online and came across Meniere's disease and vertigo.
