Chest tightness?


Hello, Dr.
Ke; I have been experiencing this symptom since the fifth or sixth grade.
Whenever I am under stress, overly fatigued, or consume sugary drinks (e.g., cola, iced tea), I feel a sense of tightness in my chest (which can be painful at times) and nausea (often resulting in the expulsion of acidic contents).
However, the strange thing is that every time I encounter this situation, as soon as I lie flat, I immediately feel much better, and the symptoms disappear within a minute...
there has never been an exception.
