Doctor, I would like to ask you a question.
Recently, I often feel my heartbeat, even when I'm sitting down; I can feel a strong thumping sensation in my chest, and my abdomen also vibrates.
However, every time I check my pulse, my heart rate is consistent and neither too fast nor too slow.
I just frequently feel the heartbeat, and it feels a bit forceful, but I don't have insomnia or any other symptoms.
I don't consume coffee or anything like that.
Is it possible that I'm just overly aware of my heartbeat, or could it be a case of autonomic nervous system imbalance? I would appreciate your insights, doctor.
