Recently, I have been experiencing persistent abdominal bloating?


Hello doctor, about 4 or 5 days ago, I started feeling a bloated sensation in my abdomen.
Sometimes my stomach feels very distended, and I experience abdominal pain.
Occasionally, when I lie down, I feel like I have gastric fluid and want to vomit (but I haven't actually vomited).
Over the past few days, my urination and bowel movements have been normal, and I have been drinking plenty of water, but the bloated feeling still persists.
Should I seek medical attention for this situation?
