Doctor, I would like to ask you about my digestion.
Recently, I have noticed that my bowel movements haven't been very good.
Some days, my stools are formed but appear in pieces, while other times, they feel more like diarrhea, although they are not completely liquid; they still have shape but are numerous and float on the surface of the water.
I've been paying more attention to my stools lately and have noticed that they often have small red specks, but there is no blood when I wipe.
The color of the stools seems normal, but I do experience frequent flatulence that is not foul-smelling, and my stomach often makes noises, especially when I lie flat at night.
I don't have any pain in my abdomen, but I do tend to sit on the toilet for about 10 minutes while using my phone.

Today, when I had a bowel movement, I noticed that my stools were in many pieces, and afterward, I continued to pass gas.
After I finished using my phone and wiped, the color of my stools was normal, but when I stood up, I noticed small red specks that were stuck to the stools, appearing as small clumps.
Additionally, I observed a thin layer of white substance floating on top of my stools, resembling bubbles, but it was just a thin layer and not excessive.
I remember experiencing something similar in the past and didn't think much of it, but now I'm curious to ask about it.

Also, I usually wash my bottom with water and soap after a bowel movement.
