Hello, doctor.
Ever since the pandemic started, I've been feeling very anxious.
I've tried to relax as my husband suggested, but today, after taking my child to a temple, we were on the MRT heading home when two girls suddenly sat next to us.
I overheard them speaking in Japanese, which made me start to worry.
After two stops, I quickly moved to another spot with my younger brother because his face is so small that his mask felt loose.
I'm not sure if such a short exposure means we need to self-isolate.
I'm afraid to ask my husband about it because he might scold me for overthinking, but I feel that seeing foreigners now feels very risky, especially with news reports about people returning from Japan testing positive.
I was wearing a mask, but there were gaps in my child's mask, and I'm concerned it might have affected him.
However, we have a habit of visiting the temple once a month, and now I'm unsure about the safety of that.
