Chest tightness or chest discomfort?
Hello doctor, about five years ago I experienced a burning sensation in my chest that lasted for approximately 30 minutes.
At that time, I felt cold all over and my lips turned pale, but after that incident, I didn't have any issues, so I didn't seek medical attention.
For the past two years, I have felt a tightness in my heart whenever winter comes, which is quite uncomfortable.
This morning, I noticed that whenever I exert force with my left arm, I feel very uncomfortable.
After half a day, I realized that any physical exertion, laughing, or burping causes pain.
At other times, I just feel a tightness in my chest, and these symptoms are only on the left side of my chest.
