Inability to open fingers of both hands?


Initially, there were spasms in the fingers, such as when holding a pen or chopsticks, causing the fingers to seem to curl inward and unable to open.
Now, the frequency has increased, and almost every time I perform fine motor tasks, it occurs.
The last three fingers of my left hand experience pain when making a fist, and when I try to grip a pen with my fingers, they involuntarily twitch and release.
Both my hand and fingers twitch involuntarily, and I also experience severe body jerks during sleep that wake me up.
