Possible ingestion of ant poison?


I accidentally consumed about 250ml of a beverage that contained dead ants after using an ant bait with 5% boric acid as the main ingredient.
Could the ant bait potentially enter my body through the drinking water or beverage? I later emptied the water bottle completely, rinsed it, and boiled a new pot of water.
Is it possible that there are still residues of the ant bait in the water bottle? I couldn't find related questions while researching, so I wanted to consult a physician.
