Hello, my bowel movements usually occur after breakfast.
For the past year, my stools have not been formed; they are often in small pieces and sometimes in a mushy consistency.
I would like to know if this is related to my breakfast, which mostly consists of porridge.
However, even on days when I don't eat porridge, my stools are still unformed.
Is it abnormal for stools not to be in a formed shape? Additionally, there have been a few instances where I noticed blood on the toilet paper after wiping, and I experienced a burning sensation in the anus for a while after bowel movements.
The next day, there was no blood, but I have had a burning sensation for several days after bowel movements.
Could this be anal fissures or hemorrhoids? Should I be concerned? Thank you.
