Hello Doctor: Recently, I often feel bloated after meals, with a sensation of upper abdominal distension and an urge to burp that I can't relieve, so I take antacids.
In the past, taking an antacid once would help with digestion, but recently I find I need to take it twice after meals to alleviate the bloating and to start burping.
Additionally, I often feel a pulsating sensation in my stomach before sleep, which makes me very anxious.
This has severely affected my sleep and caused significant anxiety, making it even harder for me to relax and fall asleep.
Could you please tell me what might be wrong with my stomach based on these symptoms? What treatment options are available? Is there a possibility of Helicobacter pylori infection?
