Hello Doctor: Recently, I often feel bloated after meals, with a sensation of upper abdominal distension and an urge to burp that I can't seem to relieve, so I take antacids.
In the past, taking antacids once would help with digestion, but lately, I find I need to take them twice after meals to alleviate the bloating and to be able to burp.
Additionally, I often feel a pulsing sensation in my stomach before sleep, which makes me very anxious.
This has severely affected my sleep and caused significant anxiety, making it even harder for me to relax and fall asleep.
Could you please tell me what might be wrong with my stomach and how it can be treated? Is it possible that I have Helicobacter pylori?
