Hello Doctor, I would like to ask you about my condition.
I have a family history of hypertension, and I discovered that my blood pressure has been elevated since July of the year before last.
I am currently managing it with medication: Urosin and Ampin, which I take in the morning.
Occasionally, when I lie down, I can feel a pulsating sensation in the blood vessels starting from my heart and extending down to my abdominal aorta.
This sensation is quite pronounced, and it usually coincides with a spike in my blood pressure, around 145-150/95-100, along with feelings of palpitations, which is quite frightening.
During my pregnancy in 2012, I also experienced a pulsating sensation in my lower back, and the doctor said they had not heard of such a feeling.
